When the site is ready to show the search engines and public, simply de-activate the “Members Only” plugin

* IMPORTANT – make sure the blog visibility option (located in WP-admin under “privacy”) is set to “I would like my blog to be visible to everyone”

To help get the site indexed quickly, when first launched, us SENuke or similar to enter a social bookmark for the site using the main keyword.

Also do a forum search for the chosen keyword, using the techniques outlined in Using Comment Luv Plug-in

BE VERY CAREFUL NEVER TO PROMOTE A BRAND NEW DOMAIN TOO QUICKLY. IT WILL GET DE-INDEXED OR PENALIZED BY GOOGLE

Finnish up by Pinging the site, using either the built in pinger in SENuke, or a free online pinging service like FeedPing

Leave the site alone now, and let it “Brew” for a few weeks before starting any type of promotion.
